1. Overview

Fashion Trend Agent is a private internal tool used for fashion trend research, visual inspiration monitoring, and daily fashion scanner analysis.

The tool may use the Pinterest API to access authorized Pinterest account data, including boards and Pins, only after the user grants permission through Pinterest OAuth.

2. Data We Access

When authorized by the Pinterest account owner, Fashion Trend Agent may access Pinterest boards, Pins, Pin images, Pin titles, Pin descriptions, board names, source links, and related metadata available through the Pinterest API.

The application only accesses data that the authenticated Pinterest account is authorized to read.

3. How We Use Data

Data accessed through the Pinterest API is used only for internal fashion trend analysis, including visual inspiration monitoring, trend labeling, board analysis, and daily scanner results.

The application does not use Pinterest data for spam, unauthorized scraping, automated public posting, or resale.

4. Data Sharing

Fashion Trend Agent does not sell personal data and does not share Pinterest data with third parties. Data is used only for internal business research and fashion trend monitoring.

5. Data Storage and Security

API tokens and credentials are stored securely in private environment variables or private server configuration files. They are not publicly exposed in the application interface or website.

Scanner data may be stored privately on an internal server for historical analysis, trend comparison, and daily reporting.

6. Data Retention

Internal scanner results may be retained for business analysis and historical trend comparison. Data can be deleted from the private system when it is no longer needed.

7. User Control

Access to Pinterest data depends on Pinterest OAuth authorization. Authorization can be revoked through the Pinterest account settings or by removing the API token from the application configuration.
